Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
We regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys to find out what you think about the services we provide. We value your opinions and use the findings to identify what we are doing well and where improvements can be made to our services.
In April 2011 we began a new customer satisfaction survey called the Neighbourhood Survey. This asks questions about the neighbourhood you live in and your views on some of Sheffield Homes’ services, such as maintenance of green areas and the quality of your home.
Viewpoint, a community enterprise organisation, is carrying out the surveys for Sheffield Homes. They telephone 300 customers a month who have been picked at random and ask them to rate services on a scale from 1 to 10.
Results for quarter 3 (October to December 2011) show that, on average, customers have rated overall satisfaction with the services provided by Sheffield Homes at 7.9 out of 10.
Have a look at the table below to see the Customer Satisfaction Survey results from our Neighbourhood Survey. The key underneath the table explains the colours and arrows used.
