What is Panagraph?

The Panagraph is an internet based system allowing direct access to performance data from our specialised repairs service.

It gives tenants and other residents an insight into the performance of our daily repairs and re-let operation, provided in partnership with Kier Sheffield LLP and the Decent Homes Improvement Works.

The software is based on a simple concept using radar charts, which are interactive to let the viewer click on what they want to see.

You can select the ‘Panagraph Software Aid’ in the downloads section at the bottom of this page, where instructions on understanding and use can also be found. It will give you an example of the Panagraph screen layout and a description of how each window is used.
