Where we are not hitting the targets and what we are doing about it?
Our performance in collecting tenants’ information has improved since October 2011. Some improvement is needed in collecting ethnicity and sexuality information from our tenants. We are continuing with our efforts to ensure that outstanding information is collected and processed.
