Where we are not hitting target, what are we doing about it?
96.7% of all repairs were completed within target, so we are just under target.
It took us an average of 11.95 days to complete non-urgent (routine) repairs. Our target is 10 days, so we are under target.
We are continuing with our efforts to improve performance.
