How we promise to deliver our services
Customers have been helping us develop a set of Service Promises for each area of our work, such as repairs or rents.
These will spell out what you can expect from us when we provide services and because customers have been heavily involved in developing them, we hope they reflect what is important to you.
Lots of tenants are working with us on these Service Promises. We have a range of partnership groups across all of our service areas, which you can join if you want to get involved.

One that is already complete for Sheltered Housing is attached to the bottom of this page, so you have an idea of what a finished Service Promise will look like.
A project group of tenants is guiding the whole process for the Going Local campaign and Service Promises (previously referred to as Local Offers and TSA Standards).
Over the coming months we will finalise the Service Promises for each service area and promote them widely across the city and in our Annual Report, which will be included in October's In Touch. |
