We produce a wide range of information for customers about our services, including leaflets, newsletters and reports.

 

A comprehensive set of leaflets are available that look at all aspects of our service, from tenancy conditions to repairs and maintenance.

 

We also produce a quarterly customer magazine called Intouch with Sheffield Homes, which is delivered to every council home in the city.

 

Other useful documents include our annual report, customer charters - which spell out what customers can expect from us - and leaflets translated into other languages.
