Harassment and Racism Customer Charter

Sheffield Homes believes that all its customers should live in a safe and secure environment, free from harassment, racism and anti-social behaviour.  The Harassment and Racism Customer Charter leaflet tells you what you can expect from us when you report racism or harassment.  The leaflet is available from all Area Housing Offices. The leaflet includes:
  • A definition of harassment
  • A description of the process that Sheffield Homes follows when someone reports racism or harassment
  • Details of the support we can offer to victims and to witnesses
  • The various types of legal action we can take against people responsible for harassment and racism
  • How Sheffield Homes will monitor and report on how well it is performing in tackling harassment and racism
  • How tenants and residents can comment on the service
