What you can expect from us and what we expect of you

Responsibility for repairs and maintenance Permission needed for alterations Payment of rent Harassment and anti-social behaviour Keeping animals How to end your tenancy Rights of succession when a tenant dies Right of tenants to be consulted Tenants' right to compensation for improvements they have made Circumstances in which the Council might evict someone
