Checking Your Balance
We are not able to provide this facility online at present, however, rent statements are sent out to current tenants every 13 weeks.
If you are a current tenant and require an immediate rent statement, please contact the rents team at your local area housing office.
When you get your statement, please check that all the details are correct. If you disagree with the record of payments or you have any difficulties with your statement, you should contact your Area Housing Office immediately.
