Rent Payments Made Simple
Paying the rent is one of the most important responsibilities you have with your tenancy with us. The money we collect from rents goes to pay for the services that we provide to you in your home, this includes repairs and maintenance, cleaning and managing estates.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and other charges. We give you a wide choice of different ways to pay, so you can choose the best and most convenient one for you.
There are lots of different ways you can pay rent on your council home.
- Direct Debit is available for you to pay your rent direct from your bank account, with a choice of monthly dates - either on the 1st, 7th or 21st - or weekly every Monday. It is the most convenient way to pay once you have set it up and it will automatically change whenever you have a change in rent (such as a rent increase). We will of course write to you beforehand if the monthly amount is going to change.
