Freephone Service to Report Repairs
Some local Sheffield Homes Area Offices have freephones that tenants can use to report a repair direct to the Service Centre.
They are:

- Central, Howden House, 1 Union Street, S1 2SH.
- Crystal Peaks, 1–3 Peaks Square, S20 7PH.
- Basegreen, 55 Jaunty Way, S12 3DZ.
- First Point at Hillsborough The Mall, Hillsborough Barracks Shopping Centre, Langsett Road, Sheffield, S6 2LR.
