When we Recharge for Repairs
Sheffield Homes will recharge tenants for repair work it does on a council property due to damage caused by tenants, family members or visitors.
This is explained further in our leaflet about tenancy conditions, You and Your Home.
We will also seek to recover repair costs from any member of the public who causes damage to council housing, through legal proceedings if needed.
