Reporting Repairs by Text Message
Council tenants can now report non-urgent repairs by text message from a mobile phone on 07791 920 923.
Simply text the details of your repair to us (please switch off any restriction on sending your own phone number before sending your message).
We will acknowledge the request by text message to your mobile phone and ring you by the end of the next working day (Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm) to arrange to do your repair.
Please note that you cannot report urgent repairs, such as burst pipes and blocked drains, by text. Please ring 273 5555 with these repairs.
