We take pride in a role that helps to deliver the Government’s Respect Agenda by tackling anti-social behaviour, which in turn transforms neighbourhoods as well as homes. We resolve 98% of anti-social behaviour complaints without legal action.

That is why we are committed to keeping the city’s estates clean and green by removing fly-tips, graffiti, maintaining gardens and tackling issues as and when they arise in partnership with other agencies.
