Estate Walkabouts
Tenant and resident ‘walkabouts’ have been extended to all areas to ensure that our customers are involved in monitoring performance and helping to decide on service priorities.
You told us litter, fly tipping, shrub pruning, and grass cutting could be improved so we set up estate services monitoring groups (walkabouts) so you can be involved in monitoring performance on your estate.
Participation
You can join a ‘walkabout" in your area and get involved in improving services on your estate. You can work with Sheffield Homes officers, tenants and other service providers by going on an estate walkabout with an estate services monitoring group and recommending priorities for improving the environment of your estates.
