How can I report anti-social behaviour?

If you are a victim or witness of anti social behaviour, harrassment and/or racism and you live on a council estate you should contact your local area housing office
You can also contact the First Point at Howden House, Chapeltown or Crystal Peaks.
 
Alternatively you can use our on-line reporting form, once this has been submitted it is passed to the area based Anti - Social Behaviour Teams who will contact you to discuss your complaint.
 
Sheffield Homes service standards are set out in the Anti-Social Behaviour Customer Charter and Harrassment and Racism Customer Charter these are available from your local area housing office and First Point at Howden House,Chapeltown or Crystal Peaks.  
 
Tenants of Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) should contact their landlord.
