Sheffield Homes will contact you and you will be required to provide the relevant crime reference number before any work can be carried out. This work is free of charge and includes the fitting of door and window security along with smoke alarms to all residential properties in Sheffield, where a burglary has been reported to South Yorkshire Police.
This work includes:
- Fitting additional security to external doors and windows where appropriate [ except on UPVC ].
- Installation of smoke alarms.
- Fitting of doorchime intercoms offered to the elderly.
