The YES Team provide an innovative complete estate services solution for customers. Our team was set up to deliver three key elements; Grounds Maintenance, Estate Services and Neighbourhood Warden Services.
Our service, the first of its kind in the country, is a unique way for Arms Length Management Organisations to work hand in hand with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to deliver real community benefits.
Our strengths include an in-house team of skilled staff with local knowledge, strong support for the local community and a responsive, flexible and reliable attitude to delivering our service.
