Sheffield Homes was set up in 2004 to transform the city’s council housing. We provide excellent housing management services to around 42,000 households and are delivering the largest Decent Homes programme in the country - investing nearly £700 million in modernising local homes. Our services range from rents and repairs to keeping estates clean and tidy and tackling anti-social behaviour.
Last year we improved 9096 homes, so that 68.6% of the properties we manage now meet the Decent Homes standard.
