Sheffield Homes was set up by Sheffield City Council in 2004 to transform the city’s council housing. We provide award-winning landlord services to 42,000 households. We are the largest Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in the country, delivering £669million worth of investment to modernise local homes. Our services have received the very best 'Excellent, 3 Star' rating from the Government.

Tenant Participation Meetings

Around 1,000 customers currently pay their rent by payment card at Payzone outlets. We have been informed by our contract provider that these outlets are being phased out with immediate effect.
Rents for Sheffield Council tenants will be reduced with effect from 3 August. Tenants will receive information about the changes on or shortly after 24 June.
