You can enquire about the full range of housing services offered by Sheffield Homes at the Local First Point at Manor Library, including being able to talk to one of our Customer Service Assistants or pick up a range of information leaflets or Property Shop newspaper.
You can also use the free Internet and phone points to pay your rent, report a repair, or get in touch with staff from Sheffield City Council and our Partners.

- Monday 9.30 – 4.00
- Tuesday 9.15 – 4.00
- Wednesday 9.15 – 4.00
- Thursday Closed
- Friday 9.15 – 4.00

You can make an appointment to see a Housing & Council Tax Benefits Advisor, (on Tuesdays & Wednesdays), for help and advice. Please phone 0114 273 6187 to arrange an appointment.
