Area and Properties
Firth Park is one of the largest council estates in Sheffield. Consisting of 2 main areas, (Brushes and Stubbin), with the busy Firth Park shopping centre being the focal point for much of the estate. Firth Park lies about 3 miles northeast of Sheffield city centre.
The area is mainly residential with many council properties and a small number of housing association properties dispersed throughout the estate.
Demand for properties tends to be mid-range to high.
Amenities
There are more than 100 retail and commercial outlets located in the Firth Park shopping centre. These include:

- banks and building societies
- post office
- pharmacy
- a number of newsagents
- numerous hair and beauty salons
- discount stores
- fish and chip shops, cafes, several fast food outlets

There are a large number of buses that serve the Firth Park estate. Many of these run every 5 to 10 minutes to Sheffield city centre.
