Area Board
Because homes in this area are managed by Sheffield Homes, an Area Board is in place to oversee local service planning, investment planning and tenant participation.
It is made up of five tenants, four independents and two council nominees.
Here are the current members of the North Area Board:
- Tenants: Norma Ashmore, Sandra Bowring, Michael Clark, Carla Johnson & Brenda Holmes
- Council Nominees: Joan Barton & Vic Bowden
- Independents: David Crisp, Barry Turvill, Richard Wildgoose and one vacancy
The Area Board meets bi-monthly and plays a key role in the monitoring of performance standards and targets; and monitors the progress of the local Decent Homes programme within the area. The following dates are provisionally scheduled for 2008 and 2009 meetings: -
8 October and 10 December 2008; and 11 February, 8 April, 10 June, 12 August, 14 October and 9 December 2009. Please return to this page at a later date to find confirmed dates, times, venues and details of items to be discussed.
