24th May 2008 - "Ecclesfield Scrubbers"
Sheffield Homes’ Neighbourhood Wardens joined in with local volunteers – collectively known as “Ecclesfield Scrubbers” – to clear Ecclesfield village of litter and graffiti.

19th February 2008 - Longley (Local) TARA General Meeting
The venue was the Four Greens Community Centre, Four Greens, Southey Avenue
on Tuesday 19th February 2008 at 6pm.
Binsted, Lamb & Cookson TARA held their AGM at 7pm on Wednesday, 30th January 2008 at the White Horse pub on Halifax Road.
Guests included Sheffield Homes' Assistant Director Janet Parry, North Area Manager Paul Voyse and Central Community Engagement's Jane Lyon.
The local Neighbourhood Wardens took a break from patrolling the area to update the meeting on their role in engaging the local community to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
After the AGM members and guests celebrated TARA's 10th birthday. Over a buffet and refreshments there was the chance to reflect on the achievements of the TARA over the last ten years. Just in the past year TARA have been involved in organising "Cookson Park - In The Pink" and "Blastoff 2007" which were both great successes.
