Bees or Wasps nests
contact Sheffield City Council’s Environmental Services on 0114 2037411. There is a charge for this service.
In the case of Masonary Bees, or if the nest is in the communal area of a block of flats or maisonettes, contact one of our Customer Service Teams and arrangements will be made to have it removed free of charge.
Rats and bed bugs
In all cases contact Sheffield City Council’s Environmental Services on 0114 2037411 who provide a service, free of charge, to all householders – businesses will be charged.
Mice
If mice are found in the communal area of a block of flats or maisonettes, contact one of our Customer Service teams and arrangements will be made to have them removed free of charge. In all other cases contact Sheffield City Council’s Environmental Services on 0114 2037411, however, there is a charge for this service.
Ants and other insect pests
In all cases contact Sheffield City Council’s Environmental Services on 0114 2037411, however, there is a charge for this service.
Where there is a charge indicated householders who get housing benefit or income related Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) would get a reduced rate.
