Yes, you can visit any Sheltered Housing Scheme by calling the Area team on
0114 293 0000 who will then make the arrangements for you to visit your preferred scheme.
Or you can call in person at any scheme, where the warden will be happy to show you around and tell you about life while living in a Sheltered housing scheme.
Every warden has a comprehensive list of vacant properties avaliable in the Sheltered Housing Schemes across the city.
You will be provided with an information pack which contains a Housing Registration Form, Sheltered Scheme leaflet, City Wide Alarm (new window) (CWA) information, as well as information about that particular schemes activities.
