Who is eligible & how do I find out more about Sheltered Housing?
- Anyone who is over 60 - there is no upper age limit.
- Anyone who is 55 - 59 with a physical/learning disability.
- People living alone or couples. In the case of a couple, at least one person must fit the age requirement.
Sheltered Housing does not:
- Provide personal care, but staff may be able to assist resident’s to access it.
Before offering you a sheltered property we will check to make sure it meets all your housing needs.
