Area Board
There are area boards in areas where tenants voted in favour of an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO). Each is made up of five tenants, four independents and two Council nominees.
Area Boards are responsible for local service planning, investment planning, tenant participation and performance monitoring.
Below are the members of the South East Area Board:
- Tenants: Trevor Bamforth, James Mann, Roy Coles, Eric Staniland & Kath Davis
- Independents: Mavis Sellars, Brian Wrigley (Chair), Norman Sellars & Margaret Wilson
- Council nominees: Marjorie Barker & Bryan Lodge

Dates of Next Meetings
The South East Area Board meets on the second Wednesday every month. Members of the public can attend.
Meetings take place at 2.15 pm at Crystal Peaks Art Space on the following dates:-
