Area Board

There are Area Boards in areas where tenants voted in favour of an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO). Each is made up of five tenants, four independents and two Council nominees.
 
Area Boards are responsible for local service planning, investment planning, tenant participation and performance monitoring.
 
Here are the current members of the South West Area Board:
 
Tenants: Bill Swaby, Jennifer Allinson, Barry Yeardley & Barry Rawlings

Independents:  Raymond Kinsella, Terry Wright & Regina Nolan
Council nominees: Tony Holmes & Denise Reaney
