Service Plan Summary - South West Area
This is the Service Plan for South West Area for 2007–08 which contains the key targets and priorities for delivering excellent housing management and investment services in the Batemoor, Bradway, Chancet Wood, Dore, Fraser, Gleadless Valley, Jordanthorpe, Low Edges, Old Greenhill, Painted Fabrics, Totley and Totley Brook areas of the city.
Major Projects and Tasks: 2007/2008
- Continuing to roll out the Decent Homes programme across the area.
- Improving the quality of life for all residents by having a robust approach to the management of nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
- Improving the appearance of estates by having a rigorous responsive and planned approach to managing the environment.
- Improving the quality of life for all residents by having a robust approach to the management of tenancies.
- Engaging with all sections of the community by developing a comprehensive programme of community engagement.
- Development and roll out of the Warden Service across the area.
- Delivery of an excellent front line customer service and the provision of an efficient business support service.
We will monitor and review our performance against the targets and priorities set for the coming year and report progress quarterly to the South West Area Board
