We take pride in a role that helps to deliver the Government's Respect Agenda by tackling anti-social behaviour, which in turns transforms neighbourhoods as well as homes. We resolve 98% of anti-social behaviour complaints without legal action.

We also realise how important it is for people to enjoy the surroundings in which they live. That is why we are committed to keeping the city's estates clean and green by removing fly-tips, graffiti, maintaining gardens and tackling issues as and when they arise in partnership with other agencies.
